Supporting Mental Health in Construction
At Saxon Chase, we understand the pressures faced by construction workers every day. Long hours, demanding projects, and the physical challenges of the job can take a significant toll on mental health. That’s why we’ve partnered with the
Lighthouse Charity, a leading organisation dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of construction workers and their families.
What Does the Lighthouse Charity Do?
The Lighthouse Charity is dedicated to improving the lives of construction workers and their families through a wide range of services, including:
- 24/7 Confidential Helpline - A round-the-clock helpline offering immediate, confidential support for those facing mental health challenges or personal crises.
- Free Wellbeing and Mental Health Advice - Expert guidance and advice for workers and their families to help them navigate life’s challenges and build resilience.
- Site Visits - Welfare checks conducted directly on construction sites, ensuring workers feel supported and raising awareness about mental health.
- The Lighthouse Wellbeing Academy - An innovative program offering self-paced eLearning, workshops, and bespoke onsite training to equip individuals and teams with tools to manage mental health effectively.
- Financial Assistance - Practical support for workers struggling with financial difficulties, helping to ease the burden during tough times.
How We’re Helping
As part of our commitment to improving mental health in construction, Saxon Chase will be donating a percentage of our margins and fees directly to the Lighthouse Charity. This means that every time you work with us, you’re not just finding the right people for your projects – you’re also helping fund essential services that make a real difference to the lives of those in our industry. By supporting the Lighthouse Charity, we aim to create a healthier, stronger construction community where no worker feels alone. Together, we can make a difference.
If you’d like to learn more about our partnership or the services we offer, please get in touch or visit the
